Worried about ordering the wrong size? Do you prefer another color? No worries. Our clothes are exchangeable for free within 30 days of your delivery.
MASKS AND INTERCHANGEABLE FILTERS
For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns and exchanges for our interchangeable masks and filters. If you receive an interchangeable mask or filter with a quality issue, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will help you make an exchange.
- All washing instructions can be found on your garment label. Thanks to the unique characteristics of House of X® garments, we recommend that you wash them only when necessary, depending on your frequency of use.
- Ironing is not necessary and should be limited. In most cases, just wearing your House of X® garment will remove any wrinkles with your body heat. If you feel that you need to iron your garment, make sure you are using the coldest mode on your appliance.
- Satin repellency
- House of X® clothing is stain repellent. However, they are not waterproof and cannot be submerged in water.
- House of X® clothing is ultra-breathable and all finishes are made to maintain the natural breathability of the clothing.
- xMembrane® technology
- All of the finishes applied to House of X® clothing are patented and far superior to common products thanks to an application upstream of the production chain. Our products are 100% vegan and no animal has been used in their manufacture.
- Technology Durability
- After extensive testing, we have determined that House of X® garments can be dry washed up to 10 times before their characteristics change. After 10 dry washes, the efficiency of the technology gradually decreases by 5% every 5 washes.
- We offer a wide range of sizes for our clothes. For more details on the different sizes available and the corresponding measurements, you can consult our size guide on each products' page.
- Any tailor can alter your House of X® clothing. In fact, all of our dress pants come without hem, allowing you to adjust their length to your liking. Good news, we'll reimburse you for your hemming costs with a coupon. Just email us at email@example.com, a photo of your receipt and our team will take care of the refund.
- Return policy
- Returns are free and permitted for 30 days from the date of delivery of your order. Where possible, all refunds are made to the same payment method as for your purchase. Refunds are issued once your item has been received and verified by our quality control team. Please note that it may take up to 1 week after receiving your return. Only clothing that has not been worn and / or altered can be returned. Any item worn and / or altered, washed, worn and / or damaged will not be eligible for a refund and the item will be lost. Items purchased on promotion as part of a stock clearance cannot be exchanged or returned. If you are not sure whether your item qualifies for our returns policy, please do not hesitate to contact us by email, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Exchange policy
- Exchanges are free and authorized for 30 days from the date of delivery of your order. Exchanges are processed once your item has been received and verified by our quality control team. Please note that it may take up to 1 week after receiving your item for exchange. Only clothes that have not been worn and / or altered can be exchanged. Any item worn and / or altered, washed, worn and / or damaged will not be eligible for an exchange and the item will be lost. If the new desired size is not available, our team will contact you and offer you a refund. Items purchased on promotion as part of a stock clearance cannot be exchanged or returned. On promotions that include a “free” item with the order, the promotional item cannot be redeemed. If you are unsure of the eligibility of your item for our exchange policy, please do not hesitate to contact us by email, at email@example.com.
- How to make an exchange or return?
- If you want to make an exchange or a return, you can do so through our returns center Here. Simply enter your order number and email then choose the item(s) you wish to exchange or return.
- How long does an exchange or return take?
- We do our best to process your requests as quickly as possible. Upon receipt of your return, you will be informed by email of the processing of your request. In the case of an exchange, your new order will be shipped within 3 days. In the case of a return, your refund will be made within 5 working days.
- Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
- In general, we cannot change a delivery address after confirming your order. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, we can change it. To know the status of your order, you can send us an email, at firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating your order number.
- When will my order be shipped?
- We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours. To facilitate your delivery, we recommend that you indicate an address allowing you to receive the goods during the day. If possible, you can indicate your place of work. Likewise, we invite you to regularly check the status of your order using the tracking number that has been communicated to you. Finally, do not forget to indicate a valid telephone number, which will allow the delivery person to contact you directly before his passage.
- An item is missing in my package, what should I do?
- In the event of incomplete delivery of your order, we invite you to inform us by email, at email@example.com, by requesting a new delivery - shipping costs are at our expense.
- I received a defective item, what should I do?
- We attach particular importance to the quality of our products and we are very attentive to the comments of our customers. If you find the item received as visibly defective, please return it to us.
If the item is indeed found to be defective, you can send by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, the invoice from the carrier in order to obtain reimbursement of the return costs.
Upon receipt of your return, we will send the item in question to our quality department, which will determine the causes of this concern. If it is indeed a manufacturing defect on our part, we will offer you an exchange or, depending on your preference, a refund of your item.
- My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
- All products delivered to the carrier are and remain in perfect condition. In the event of delivery of damaged or incomplete merchandise, you can refuse the delivery and mention your reservations on the delivery note.
You will then have to inform us by email, at email@example.com, by requesting a new compliant delivery or the cancellation of your order as well as its refund.
- What are our payment options?
- We offer you the possibility to pay either by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or by PayPal or ApplePay.
- Can I change my order after I have placed it?
- In general, we cannot modify an order after it has been validated. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, we may cancel it so that you can place a new order. To find out the status of your order, you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number. If your order has already been shipped, we will invite you to make a return or exchange once received.
- I ordered a product that was no longer available after my order was confirmed, what should I do?
- Our inventory is updated daily, but adding a product to your cart does not constitute a purchase. If several customers add the same product to their cart at the same time, the last available part may be assigned to the customer who paid first. If this is your case, our team will contact you personally to inform you of the unavailability of the selected product and offer you either a change of product or the cancellation of your order and its refund.
- Do I have to pay taxes?
- All our shipments are inclusive of all taxes (TTC) according to the value added tax rate in force on French territory.
- When can I expect to receive my order?
- Orders are generally processed within 24 hours and deliveries made by Chronopost or UPS within 48 hours. As soon as your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your parcel tracking number.
- Where do you deliver?
- We deliver to all clountries within European Union and Switzerland, Norway, Ukraine, Turkey and Russia.
- How much is shipping?
- Delivery is free in European Union from 100€ of purchase.
- Do I have to pay customs duties?
- All our shipments are made from our warehouse in France. So you don't have to pay any customs duties for delivery within European Union.
