Do you have a product warranty?
At xSuit, we stand behind the quality of our products 100%. Our garments have a limited one-year warranty period that covers any manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase necessary.

We can ship to all clountries within European Union and Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway and United Kingdom.
How long does shipping take?
We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours. To facilitate your delivery, we recommend that you indicate an address allowing you to receive the goods during the day. If possible, you can indicate your place of work. Likewise, we invite you to regularly check the status of your order using the tracking number that has been communicated to you. What is our return policy?
We offer 30-day hassle free exchanges and refunds for items that are returned in brand new original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the hang tags intact. Gift cards and clearance sale items are non-refundable. All product returns must be shipped back in their original packaging and include all accessories (hangers, collar tips, spare buttons, etc.). The return costs are not covered by xSuit, so you can choose the carrier you want. Customers outside European Union are responsible for customs clearance.
